One-on-one Breathwork Healing session is for those looking to connect with the deeper aspects of the self. Breathwork is a transformational somatic practice that clears emotional blockages from the body and deeply connects us with our heart space. It moves energy through our channels allowing us to experience the connection with our spirit and intuition, the feeling of coming back home to the truest version of ourselves.
