Many people are doing “all the right things”, seeking support, caring for their health, understanding their patterns, yet still don’t feel well. Anxiety lingers. The body stays tense. Fatigue, restlessness, or disconnection persist even when nothing appears wrong on the surface.

This isn’t because something is broken — it’s because an important layer is often left unaddressed.

Much of modern healing focuses on understanding the mind and treating resulting physical symptoms in the body, both of which are essential. Awareness brings insight. Symptom-based care can restore balance when the body needs support. Yet between these two lies a subtle but powerful realm: the nervous system, the somatic body, and the internal stress patterns shaped by lived experience.

Stress and unprocessed emotional energy don’t live only in our thoughts, they imprint in the body. When they remain unresolved, the nervous system stays on high alert, quietly influencing hormones, immunity, sleep, digestion, and mood. Over time, this constant state of activation can erode vitality and overall health.

Holistic Healing lives in this middle space, supporting the body’s natural capacity to release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, and restore internal balance through addressing the three layers of mind, body and spirit. This is not a replacement for other forms of care. These modalities gently access layers of the body that are often overlooked, working with subtle physical, nervous system, and energetic pathways to restore balance and support whole-being health.

How This Work Supports Healing

Healing becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to change. Integrative healing recognizes that lasting results are achieved by supporting the body’s ability to regulate, release, and restore balance.

When the nervous system is overwhelmed or chronically activated, the body remains in survival mode. This can affect emotional regulation, physical health, energy levels, and the ability to feel present or at ease.

Carolina is a holistic healing practitioner whose work is informed by extensive training and certification in trauma-informed psychospiritual therapeutic breathwork, the Buteyko breathing method, somatic practices, non-linear movement method, pranic energy healing, herbalism, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, tea ceremony, and shamanic and folk traditions.

She blends Eastern and Western philosophies of healing to support individuals in restoring balance across mind, body, and spirit, beginning with nervous system regulation. Her integrative approach is rooted in the understanding that lasting change arises through reconnection, regulation, and a felt sense of safety within the body.

1:1 integrative HEALING

One-on-one integrative healing sessions address the body as a whole. Therapeutic breathing is a transformational somatic practice that clears emotional blockages from the body. The session integrate the innate power of our breath (breathwork), herbal medicine and energy healing. Assisting the body in clearing energetic channels through releasing tension and unprocessed emotions.
