We will dive into breathwork, a practice that connects us deeply to our heart space and emotions—harnessing the energy of each breath to release stagnant energies and emotions, inviting a sense of renewal, vitality, and clarity. The rhythmic breath will serve as a guiding force, leading you into a state of heightened awareness, presence, and connection with your internal landscape. Through the breath we can increase neural plasticity, enabling us to override old pathways and create new ones.

What to bring:
Notebook and pen - you are highly encouraged to take notes on your reflections during the circle. You will need it for the post-breathwork processing practice.
Blanket - you might want to get cozy during breathwork and meditation practices.
Eye cover/pillow.
Water bottle.
Dress in layers - some practices turn on the heat and others might make you feel a little cold, please dress appropriately.
